Debby’s audiences learn and grow professionally and personally from the practical wisdom she shares – wisdom gathered through her years of experience as an executive coach to a broad array of leaders facing a diverse range of challenges and opportunities.
Debby’s keynotes, interactive webinars and workshops focus on helping leaders build competence and confidence to meet the ever-changing challenges of their roles. She speaks at corporations, law firms, business associations, educational conferences and universities. Her professionalism, coupled with her warm and relatable personality, allow her to quickly build rapport with her audiences.
With experience as a practicing lawyer, an entrepreneur and a strategic management consultant, Debby made her career transition into executive coaching in 2002. She is the founder and CEO of Novateur Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development consultancy serving lawyers and corporate leaders as well as the organizations in which they work.
Debby earned her undergraduate degree from the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy and her law degree from the Duke University School of Law. She received her Certification as a Professional Co-active Coach through The Co-Active Training Institute and holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
A leader herself, Debby has served as the President of the Georgia Chapter of the International Coach Federation, Families of Children Under Stress (FOCUS) and ProWIN. Debby and her husband live in Atlanta where she enjoys cheering on the Duke Blue Devils, taking long walks and exploring local restaurants.
